Dr. Katie Peeples (previously Dr. Welch) was born and raised right here in Lakeland, FL. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Miami and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2018.
Dr. Peeples has a passion for providing everyone—from infants to athletes—with holistic health care. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has additional training to treat children and infants. Dr. Peeples is certified in the Webster Technique, designed specifically for pregnant women to help increase mother’s comfort and ensure optimal positioning of the baby for birth.
As an athlete herself, Dr. Peeples knows the importance of soft tissue work and has been certified in HawkGrips Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM).
In her free time, Dr. Peeples can be found hiking, trying new recipes, weight lifting, doing hot yoga, enjoying live music, cheering on the Lightning, playing Dungeons and Dragons, or exploring farmer’s markets with her husband and their adorable corgi, Donut
